Humber Construction will connect you with our colour selection consultant where you can really start to bring your dream home to life. You’ll be advised on current trends and what will work best in the spaces you have as well as keeping within the budget.

With Humber Construction, we handle all approval processes. Once plans are agreed upon, selections are made, and the contract is signed, we swiftly proceed with engineering and building approvals to start your new home construction promptly.

Now, the exciting part begins – construction, where your dreams become reality. We'll collaborate closely with trades to ensure a smooth build and keep you updated regularly. On site meetings are encouraged to give you a sense of your new home and make adjustments as needed.
